Demographics
Naples, Florida

Naples is located in Collier County in Southwest Florida. Located on the Gulf of Mexico, Naples is famous for its ten miles of beaches and upscale lifestyle. The city limits of Naples encompass just a small portion of the metropolitan area. In 2015, the Naples' population was about 20,600, only about 6% of the 348,000 that live in Collier County. Of course, the population numbers swell considerably in our tourist season that runs from January through April.

Naples can be described as a confluence of affluence. It boasts the sixth highest per capita income in America, and the second largest proportion of millionaires per capita in the US.

Naples' natural beauty and spectacular year-round climate have drawn wealth from around the world for decades. As a result, our amenities and surroundings are quite special. The predictable result of the extraordinary demand has had an effect on Naples' real estate values. Homes and condos in Naples are more expensive than similar properties in other parts of the country.
