Marbella Lakes has 490 homes and home sites, including 208 carriage homes and 282 single-family homes available in a variety of floor plans and sizes. The community is built around seven sparkling lakes. The 8,000 square foot clubhouse features both an indoor and an outdoor sports complex.

The 420 luxurious Monterey homes include single-family, villas or condos located in four quiet neighborhoods. Many of the 292 single-family homes, 68 single-family villas, 20 attached villas, and 40 condos offer serene, lake views. The architecture and even the street names reflect the Monterey theme.

Pelican Marsh is a gated community of eighteen single-family and eight condominium neighborhoods built around the Pelican Marsh Golf Club. The Robert von Hagge-designed course is regarded as “one of the most challenging and exciting courses to play in Southwest Florida.” Homes range in size from 1,400-square-foot condos to estate homes with more than 10,000 square feet of living space.

Stonebridge residences include condos, coach homes, villas and single-family estates located around the golf course and 16 shimmering lakes.
