Lifestyle choices begin with the Escala Villas neighborhood where five models of detached villas are available. The Palmhurst has three bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms in 2,822 square feet of living space. All villas in Escala have three-car garages. The Joliet and Oakdale models have four-bedroom, four-bath floor plans with 3,167 square feet and 3,386 square feet, respectively. The Astbury, at 3,050 square feet, and Marlowe at 3,239 square feet have four bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms.

Homes

The single-family homes in the Tamworth and Newlands neighborhood feature models from the Stock Signature, Castle Harbour, and Florida Lifestyle collections.
