Whether searching for a home or a great place to vacation, it is always important to check out the shopping destinations. Naples has a great variety of shopping options from which to choose. There are both upscale shops like Waterside Shops or Venetian Bay, outlet malls like Miramar and typical shopping malls with all of the giant chains. And for the more unique and original tastes, there are even consignment and souvenir shops. Most of the shopping centers are in convenient locations along 5th Avenue South located in downtown Naples or on Tamiami Trail, the main boulevard through town. Shopping Malls
When you think ‘shopping,’ a shopping mall might be the first thing that pops into your mind. Luckily, Naples, Florida has many options to meet the tastes of every person.
Waterside Shops features an upscale, clean shopping mall full of an array of shops and food. It is located in North Naples in the Park Shore area at 5415 Tamiami Trail N. One of the highlights of the mall is the view. Its center shows off beautiful water fountains with sitting areas to relax. The shopping center notably has a True Food center for healthy options and a Haagen-Dazs ice cream shop. Grab some new resort wear and enjoy a fantastic shopping experience. 5th Avenue shopping mall is exactly what it sounds like: it is a line of shops on 5th Avenue South in Naples, FL. The downtowns of cities always have a beautiful selection of different shops. Not to mention, 5th Avenue sports a long list of unique local restaurants such as BHA! BHA! Persian Bistro, Aqua, and Sushi Thai Too. One of the great things about 5th Avenue shopping is the close proximity to residential areas. Most of the shops sit under condos in the upper levels of the building while houses are right around the corner. You'll enjoy the galleries on 5th too! One of the best things about Mercato is that it is more than just a mall. The Mercato also features a cinema, a yoga studio, an art gallery, and even grocery shopping. Consignment Shops
Sometimes the best ways to shop are looking for quirky items or bargains at local consignment shops. Naples, Florida is lucky to have many options, some of which are broader while others have a narrow scope of what they buy and sell. Several of the shopping malls have boutiques, but there are also many smaller shops elsewhere in Naples.
Consider checking out Twice as Nice. This small store consigns clothes and has two locations on 2nd Avenue and Tamiami Trail N. If you are looking for consigned furniture, look into Up for Grabs Consignment on 9th Street. The furniture here is very reasonably priced and in excellent condition! Another option for the more upscale bargain hunters is Audrey’s of Naples. Located on 5th Avenue, Audrey’s is a family owned and operated clothing store and is the largest luxury consignment store in Naples.
