Naples Real Estate West of 41
Among the oldest communities in Naples FL, Coquina Sands has long been a popular address in Southwest Florida. It’s not just because of the stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico, nor is it the award-winning golf course next-door at the Naples Beach Hotel & Golf Club. The architectural array of its luxury single family homes and modern condo complexes is quite impressive too.
The foundations for Coquina Sands were laid in the 1960s, with development continuing until the mid-1980s. The site is located between the Moorings, Lake Park and Olde Naples to its south. The official area is bordered by South Golf Drive (south), Orchid Drive (north) cutting across Crayton Road, Hurricane Harbor Lane and Gulf Shore Boulevard (Sancerre Condominium), and the North Tamiami Trail (US 41) to the east.
