Saturnia Lakes homes are relatively new, having been built in 2002 and the ensuing four years. Located one-and-a-half miles east of Interstate 75, Saturnia Lakes is an intimate enclave of only 580 homes tucked away from traffic, yet convenient to everything Southwest Florida has to offer.

Numerous floor plans and elevations keep Saturnia Lakes from being a “cookie cutter” community. The variety of homes is somewhat unique in the Naples area, in that the houses are not grouped by size or exterior elevation. Floor plans begin at 1,600 square feet and range to upwards of 4,000.

Homes are of concrete block construction, built for durability, protection, noise reduction and energy efficiency. All properties are irrigated, and lawn and tree maintenance is provided and paid for by the Home Owners Association dues. Because Saturnia Lakes is not a golf community, the HOA dues a modest.

Both single and two-story homes are sprinkled throughout the community. All are single-family, detached. Many have private, screened-in pools. Living options include various bed and bath combinations from two-bedroom, two-bath to four and five bedrooms. Many feature jetted tubs in the master suites.

For a community not built on a golf course, the clubhouse is still the focal point and main attraction, offering a place to socialize and recreate. A resort-style pool and a lap pool are available to residents. Four lighted Har-Tru tennis courts provide an opportunity for competition and exercise. The fitness center and basketball half-court offer additional athletic opportunities. For those interested in less strenuous activities, the clubhouse offers a craft room, saunas, a billiards room, dance studio, card room, internet café and a putting green.

Amenities outside of Saturnia Lakes are close at hand. The entrance to campuses for Laurel Lake Elementary School and Gulf Coast High School are only 1,800 and 2,700 feet east of the community entrance on Immokalee Road. Yet, not a single home in Saturnia Lakes borders any part of either school property. Close, but not too close. Oakridge Middle School is due east on Collier Boulevard, the next main north-south corridor east of Saturnia.

The beaches are less than seven miles west of Saturnia Lakes, and all that Naples has to offer is in between, including the Sun-N-Fun Lagoon and the North Collier Regional Park soccer and softball fields. Shopping for life’s necessities is just as convenient with just a short distance to Publix, the Tarpon Bay Plaza, Super Target, and a Walmart Supercenter.
