Children of Stonebridge residents attend some of the finest schools in Collier County. Pelican Marsh Elementary is half a mile south of Stonebridge’s Airport-Pulling Road entrance. Stonebridge residences include condos, coach homes, villas and single-family estates located around the golf course and 16 shimmering lakes. Membership in the golf club is included with home ownership in this Southwest Florida bundled golf community.

Condos and Coach Homes

Willow Bend is a condominium neighborhood with eight units per building and a total of seven buildings located on the north end of the property. The Willow Bend has a private, neighborhood pool and barbecue area. The condos are two-bedroom and two-bedroom-plus-den with sizes ranging from 1,433 to 1,592 square feet. Owners may lease a unit no more than four times in a calendar year, with a minimum lease period of 30 days and a maximum of one year.

Carrington is also a condo neighborhood of bedroom homes. Square footages range from 1,183 to 1,433 in three different floor plans. Like Willow Bend, Carrington has a neighborhood pool. Both communities offer covered parking.

The fare in the Heatherwood neighborhood is two-bedroom, two-bathroom garden condo units. Standard units have 1,433 square feet of living space while the two-bedroom-plus-den floor plans are 1,592 square feet. There are 11 buildings with four units in each. Ten of the buildings have a lake view while the other (closest to the pool) faces the golf course.

Braeburn is a neighborhood of coach homes and attached villas. First-floor homes have two bedrooms with plans ranging from 1,761 to 1,900 square feet. Second-floor units have three bedrooms and range from 2,182 to 2,400 square feet.

Middleburg is similar to Braeburn, but with options of both two, two-plus-den, and three-bedroom floor plans. There is a total of 84 coach homes in Middleburg distributed throughout 14 buildings on the Aberdeen Lane cul-de-sac. Each of these lovely homes has an attached garage.

Ashton Oak’s nine buildings overlook the entire 18th hole and two beautiful lakes and include 68 coach homes. The northern most building is adjacent to Stonebridge’s five, lighted, Har-Tru tennis courts and just a few steps from the resort-style, country club pool. Two-bedroom homes occupy the first floor and have 1,895 square feet of living space. Three-bedroom homes ranging from 2,182 to 2,412 square feet are on the second floor. All homes have attached garages.

The 32 attached villas in Shoreham are on Leamington Lane on the south end of Stonebridge. Although there is no neighborhood pool, most of these luxurious villas have private pools. All have two-car, attached garages and approximately 1,600 square feet under air.

Homes

Single-family estate homes make up the balance of Stonebridge. Each estate home has a private swimming pool. Most are three or four-bedroom plans with living space ranging from 2,000 to more than 3,000 square feet.
