Real Estate Variety

Vanderbilt Country Club consists of neighborhoods of condominiums, carriage homes, villas, and single-family estate homes. Waterford is condominium neighborhood that encircles the 10th and 11th holes and the lake that separates the entire length of those holes. There are 24 units in each three-story building. The three-bedroom, 1,943 square-foot (including lanai) Brighton is at both ends of the buildings on all three floors. In between are two 1,573 square-foot Ashton and four 1,377 square foot Hampton models. The Ashton and Hampton units have two bedrooms and two full bathrooms.

Homes

The epitome of homes in Vanderbilt Country Club are the estate homes. These luxurious homes are available in sizes ranging from 2,223 to 2,931 square feet of living space in both three and four-bedroom plans and with several elevations available for all five models. The estate homes have 12-foot ceilings in the main living areas and 10-foot ceilings throughout the rest of the home.

The single family villa homes are some of the finest in Southwest Florida. Each villa home has two bedrooms plus den or three bedrooms, a two-car garage, and a screened lanai. They range in size from 1,749 square feet to 2,275 square feet (including lanai). Second-floor units, the Lancaster II, the Nottingham II, and the Newport range from 1,894 square feet to 2,765 square feet (also including lanai). The Lancaster II is a two-bedroom plan with a foyer entry access from the front door or the garage. The Nottingham II has three bedrooms and, as with all the second-floor units, access to a large lanai from the Master Suite and two other rooms. The Newport adds a Leisure Room to the three-bedroom design.

The Country Club

The club itself is, of course, the focal point of the community with a 34,000 square foot facility that includes several dining options, a beautiful free-form pool, and plenty of areas to socialize. A new, 4,285 square-foot fitness center was built in 2015 and is managed by the club’s Fitness and Wellness Director. Onsite golf and tennis professionals are also available for instruction, clinics, and tournaments.
